Enso Chef's Knives Editorial Review
The Enso HD Hammered Damascus 8-inch Kiritsuke Knife is a fusion of traditional Japanese and modern technology. It has a hammered blade that is rust-resistant and provides sharpness that lasts for a long time. The handle is made of black canvas-micarta, which ensures durability and is moisture-resistant. It is also equipped with a full tang and a bolster for balance, which is important when using a knife. It has an ergonomic design, which means it is comfortable to use even for extended periods. The knife is versatile and is suitable for different types of slicing, dicing, and chopping. However, the product has received mixed reviews in terms of sturdiness and stability, with some customers reporting that the knife was flimsy and not strong enough to be used for their intended purposes.
