Answer: I imagine in the summer they might get a bit hot, but I love these boots. So comfortable and great ankle support. -

Is it true to size? or did you buy a bigger or smaller size than usual?
Answer: I think it’s pretty true to size. I usually take an 8 and ordered an 8. I took a long two day hike up to Giant Ledge and Panther in Catskills. Boulders with some steep areas, good climb up and long climb down. Pretty perfect. But there was a moment after two days I wished I ordered an 8.5 for the downhill. But it worked out great and had a thick pair of wool socks. That’s being super picky wanting an 8.5. -
