What is the battery life of the AMEXI touch lamp?
Answer: AMEXI touch lamp has a battery life of 11-15 hours. -

Can the AMEXI touch lamp be used in different rooms?
Answer: Yes, the lamp has different modes suitable for different rooms such as the bedroom, living room or kid's room. -
Question:
How can the AMEXI touch lamp be recharged?
Answer: The lamp can be recharged using a USB cable or wirelessly. -
Question:
When turned off via tapping, does it completely go off, or does a little light still come from the unit?
Answer: NO, the light does not go off completely. There is a very subtle glow that remains on, which of course drains the battery after a few days. You just use the bottom on the bottom of the light to turn it completely off. -
Question:
Can you use it like a normal lamp and leave it plugged in?
Answer: It comes with a charging chord, but not one that plugs into the wall. I have not used it like this, but if you have a spare USB to wall plug converter, I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to leave it plugged in like a regular lamp. -

Where can I get a charger?
Answer: Any 5V charger with the correct end plug will do. -

Will it run continuously if I leave it plugged in to a USB charging wall port?
Answer: Of course, you can continue to use it while charging. -

How often do you have to charge it?
Answer: Well, depends on how long you run it. I use it about 2 hours nightly and I have to charge it every 10 days or so. Seems reasonable to me. -

If for some reason LED stops working , can I change LED or is it built-in?
Answer: AMEXI MY-05 is a built-in LED table lamp. The lifespan of the LED is 35000 hours, which is totally enough for you almost 10 years of daily life using. So, you do not need to change or buy any LED bulbs. -

What is the timer like?
Answer: There are several options of timers. They work, and are handy at bedtime. -
Question:
Am looking for a dining table lamp, this may be too much outdoor like? Would you have something more elegant?
Answer: This light is a small light about 3 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter. It is more like a nightlight but it would not last all night, you would have to recharge it. You could use it on a table as a mood light or on the patio, not going to light up the whole room it’s more of a nightlight. The white light is very bright so I typically use the red, green and blue color so it’s not so bright and is more intimate. -

Will the touch light work if you set it on a metal base?
Answer: Yes, the touch lamp still works on the metal base. I love the lamp.
